HAND MADE Stories
A Collection of Fiction and Memories

I am an award winning, produced and published playwright, who worked for every major Hollywood studio and TV networks and with Robin Williams early in his career.
I’m a proud lifetime member of the Writers Guild Of America, now retired. I have survived 8 Republican presidencies including the current one and am living beyond expectations writing character driven stories about people, their strengths and weaknesses with partners, children, parents and themselves.
I miss writing plays. I miss the ephemeral nature of the theater. Live actors on stage and not seen and behind the set, stage hands, a director, a playwright who created the experience that won’t be repeated and remain only in the minds of the audience who saw it at that show. Once the lights dim, even when there are more scheduled performances, it’s gone. I miss the inconsistencies, the surprises, of theater. Movies, books, stories they are the same each time. There is value and comfort in consistency, and the familiar; so I hope you find something in these stories that make the time you spend here worthwhile and wish you kind dreams.
Hand Made Stories Some amuse, some surprise, some are still being written.
“You are a beautiful writer” Ellen Furman, screenwriter The Infiltrator, The Postcard Killings, Bigger.
“I like the honesty of your stories.” Frances Madeson, freelance journalist, author Cooperative Village, a satire
